****HOTEL POLICY UPDATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY****

All medical conditions and medications must be pre-registered with management prior to boarding. Management will determine whether or not the hotel is equipped to handle your baby’s unique medical needs. The hotel reserves the right to refuse boarding services to any guest who in our professional opinion requires medical boarding.

The hotel will not grant boarding or daycare privileges to any cat or dog who is recovering from a recent surgery, and will not allow any planned surgery to take place during a boarding stay. In addition any cat or dog with stitches, staples, or sutures will not be admitted for any hotel service.

The hotel will not facilitate any non-emergency Vet visit on behalf of a client. Please schedule your non-emergency Vet visit with your primary Veterinarian. If your cat or dog requires emergency medical attention during a daycare or boarding stay, the hotel will partner with the Philadelphia Animal Hospital during business hours and Penn Vet after business hours. Credit card information must be obtained and used for immediate payment before Veterinary services can be rendered. In the event of a life threatening emergency, the hotel will act on your behalf without payment authorization and you will be responsible for all charges incurred. Please reference disclosure statement #6 on our boarding contract for further information.
