Should I choose house food or bring my own food? Why do I need to pre-bag my dog's food by serving size?
We stronly recommend bringing your baby's food. In our experience, dogs in our care that maintain a consistent diet adjust to their surroundings quicker, and are less likely to get upset stomachs causing runny stool. We request that you pre-bag the food by serving size so that we can consistently deliver the correct amount of food to your baby, as well as save precious real estate in their locker for extra treats and toys!

We strongly recommend that your dog receives an exit bath before you take them home. After 3 or more consecutive days of vigorous outdoor play, it is normal that a dog would require a bath. Viral upper respiratory infections are extremely contagious and cannot be prevented with a vaccine. Nose to nose contact or being in the blast radius (generally 15 feet or less) of an infected dog is all it takes to spread either kennel cough or an upper respiratory tract infection. Older, younger and immunocompromised dogs are most at risk for infection. It is especially imperative that these owners take all necessary precautions in order to ensure a healthy boarding experience.

This will allow us to make sure that everything is up to date and that nothing is required to be given before your arrival. This will also allow you enough time to contact your vet to get any necessary vaccines updated before your arrival. We do not want to turn you away at check in because of expired vaccines.
